ketchup hearts
my legs still hurt from running all over orchard during golf camp. the amazing race was like a 2hour jog or something. never never make us run from scotts to hereen ever again! and vivien wants me to bring her jogging today. are you kidding me?
but golf camp was quite fun anyways. at least it turned out better than i had expected. especially since we kept on having to change the program last minute due to unexpected circumstances -glares-. the first day was just icebreakers, icebreakers and more icebreakers. i would have expected it to be really boring, but somehow it wasnt so bad. blow wind blow was soooo fun! i think if we didnt have to go out for dinner we could have sat there and played it forever. blow blow blow. haha. the best way to kill time. and then we went to taka for dinner. the foodcourt was really crowded as usual so we had to da bao our dinner. in the end all of us wound up on the staircase next to the fountain [we were considerate enough just to use one side!]. why cant the people at the fountain sit closer together?! if they had we didnt have to sit at the stairs. it was quite a funny sight. about 16 of us all lined up eating our dinner. we coined it mount raffles. we got alot of weird stares and people pointing, it was quite embarassing. but then after we left the same people pointing at us went there to sit. after that we went back to school again. we couldnt get bring it on up on the big screen in the hall, which was really quite annoying since we tried for more than an hour. there was nothing much to do except listening to ghost stories, which we all proudly backed out off, so we went to sleep. kinda.
the 2nd day was more high-energy. we had the amazing race in the morning. the sec1s were zipping around orchard, it made me wonder where they got all that energy from. but its not fair! my groups had 5 people AND a longer route so it took even longer. hmphh! we should get first for running so much! but then again, we were only slower by 5 minutes. i guess thats good enough! we were all really tired by the end of it and couldnt be bothered to walk too far for lunch so we ate at BK.
nico and i shared fries. and she squeezed the ketchup outta the packet into the shape of a heart[unintentionally] it was SO CUTE! so we whipped out our cameras to take pix of it. hmph. i should have brought a camera too! nice ketchup heart!
then we went back to school, messed around with balloons [again] and then watched bring it on! [tear!] yay. thats one of the few movies i'll NEVER get sick of. i wanna watch it again!
it was 4 o'clock and we didnt have anything scheduled after that since we were being nice seniors and cancelled creative expression ^^ so we played blow wind blow again. it was quite funny cos we were passing a packet of ruffles around too. and noone wanted it cos it slows you down when you run. it was like pass the parcel cum blow wind blow.
we played it for like an entire hour before we had to dismiss everyone. we all kinda had a hard time fitting everything into our bags. esp since mel made me take an extra loaf of bread home. hmph. the sec 2s were supposed to go out for batch dinner. but heidi was sick. tiffay had some church thing. mel, germy, audrye and renu had to go home. ju khuan wasnt allowed to come. and we couldnt contact jean or jasmine. so only alicia, nico and i were left. the.. uh.. batchdinner turned out to be quite sad.
ohhhh but i'm still happy about golf camp. it turned out kinda good.
but i really hate the organising part! everyone thinks the camp was a little short [including me] which means that next year we have to plan an even longer one. dieeeee! ><
